The presence of internet has changed the way we live, work and does anything and everything. There are online listings for buy, sell and auction of properties and there are many websites doing the same process in UK .Instead of approaching an agent, now with the online presence, the buyers or sellers get all the requisite information through a search online.  Hence, reacting to the consumer response, real estate companies expanded their base of services by including quick sell of properties, stopping repossessions, renting house, etc. apart from the basic services of buying and selling.
